Slopless is built so that your browsing never leaves your browser. This policy describes the small amount of data that is processed, and by whom.

What the extension does not collect

All content detection runs locally on your device. The extension does not collect, transmit, or store your browsing history, the pages you visit, the content it hides, your searches, or any analytics or telemetry. There are no tracking scripts in the extension or on this website.

Network requests the extension makes

• Detection-rule updates. Roughly once a day the extension downloads updated detection data (selector, heuristic, and list files) from our static file host. This is a plain file download; no personal data or browsing information is attached.
• License checks (Pro only). If you activate a Pro license, the extension contacts our license server to activate and then to re-validate the key about once every 24 hours. These requests contain your license key and a random per-browser activation ID, and nothing about your browsing.

Data we store for Pro customers

When you purchase Pro, our license server stores: your license key, the email address the purchase was made with (so the key can be delivered and support requests verified), your Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, and the activation IDs of browsers the key is active in. This data is kept for as long as your license exists and is deleted on request after the license is closed.

Third parties

• Paddle (merchant of record) processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full payment details.
• Cloudflare hosts our license server and stores the license records described above.
• Resend delivers the license-key email to the address you purchased with.
• Vercel hosts this website and may log standard web-server request data (IP address, user agent) to operate the service.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of the license data associated with your email at any time by writing to useslopless@gmail.com. Deleting license data deactivates the associated license. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor such requests regardless of location.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes to what data is collected will be highlighted in the extension's release notes.
